Storms A Brewin'

Thor sighed as he felt the warm Plains breeze hit his face he inhaled deeply and he scented one of the wild storms brewing. His eyes looked up at the clouds as the turned and twisted "We better hurry, Follow me dear" he said kicking off into a ground swallowing gallop hoping Luna could keep up. He slowed as he neared a hidden cave in a cluster of trees. He smiled as they barely made it as the hail started. He panted softly and looked at Luna with piercing green eyes "you ok?" he asked softly his voice barely above a whisper.

She also felt re storm coming up her ears flickered and she started.into a gallop keeping up with hin the cold wind slapping her mane in the face she tossed her mane keeping up witj him she slowed her pace as they reached the cave she snickered softly tired from the run "am great actually" she snorted

Thor's nares flared as the rain poured down on the land nourishing the dry grass he smirked and let out a breath his vapors hung in the air and he tossed his wet forelock from his eyes so he could watch her with mild amusement glittering in his green orbs "Thats good" he said his voice echoing off the walls of the dark cave.

She huffed heavily and watched the rain fall flicking her ears as she heard the soft sound of the patterns of the rain. She.loved when it rained her breathing beginning to slow down. She swished her mane and lashed her tail out spraying her deep heat scent into the cave. She hardly noticed she stomped her hoof and closed her eyes trying to block him out. She lowered her head and nimbeld on a few pieces of grass she shook her coat and looked his way her eyes soft

Thor watched her with mild interest showing in his neon eyes, "You like it here?" he asked walking closer to her taking in her heat making his senses go wild he sighed slightly tossing his forelock out of the way. He rested his head on her shoulder sighing softly.

I guess she shrugged looking deeply into his eyes she sighed and looked around and snorted softly she watched him put his head on her shoulder she swished her tail and whinnied faintly

Thor nibbled softly on her upper neck and licking her cheek slightly. He nickered lovingly in to her ear, he flicked his ears as the rain stopped and the air smelt sweet and wet "Come on i bet there is a rainbow" he muttered in her ear and walking out of the cave into the sunlight. The sunlight hit his coat making it shimmer the wind flitting through his forelock and tail as his green eyes scanned the horizon

She snickered softly as she slowly made her way out of the cave looking around hoping to catch a glimpse of a rainbow since the storm was over, She looked around it was quite muddy and trees were half bent of fallen I guess she got pretty lucky. "Woah" She muttered to herself as she looked at the mess but her eyes glued onto the horizon.

Thor sighed and watched his new mare with soft green eyes and a small smile on his maw. "Darling do you really want to be here" he said turning his head to look over the damage. He sighed his land took this damage frequently but it only shaped it into something beautiful, like rubbing coal and making it a sparkling diamond.

"I Really Don't Mind, I mean There Was Just A Storm" She Snickered Softly And She Trotted Slowly Exploring The Grounds Her Tail Swishing Back And Forth And Her Eyes Darting Around Looking For Any Sign Of Life.

"Yea.. I know.. That happens alot here" he said softly as he looked for any signs. He jumped as a high pitched scream echoed through the plains. "What the hell?" he asked himself as the scream came again. It was painful to hear. He looked over at Luna then he lunged and ran towards the sound.

She Was Looking Around When She Flinched Hearing A High Pitched Scream She Looked At Him And Shrugged Untill She Had Heard It Again She Tossed Her Mane And Followed Him Matching His Pace The Cold Wind Whipping Her Mane And Tail.

Thor heard the scream again and he stopped seeing a small foal in a ditch. It looked like it was asleep. Then it screamed again "MOM!! NO!!". Thor gritted his teeth slightly at the pain in the little things voice. He walked into the ditch and nosed the small body.

The dreams came again more pain and screaming. But when a nose connected with her skin she jump and he white eyes flashed open. "AH! What do you want?" she said her whole body shaking.

As She Slowed Down Hearing The Squeal Her Heart Leaped With Sadness Her Eyes Were Wide As She Saw What Was Before Her She Turned Her Head Not Wanting To See, When Thor Nudged The Small Foal She Looked At Her, "A-Are You Oaky" She Whickered Softly Looking Into Her Eyes Sadly.

Thor sighed.. He didn't know this filly it didn't even look like him. He layed down beside the small filly and wrapped his body around her making soothing noises in the back of his throat.

Claire whined softly when the female asked if she was ok. She reminded her of her mom a tear slipped down her cheek. She looked up and her white eyes widened as the stallion came nearer to her her. She braced herself for the impact of his hooves on her fragile body. But she felt warmth as he wrapped his body around hers. He made soothing noises that cause her eyelids grow heavy.

She Looked At Her Sadly Stepping Closer /Poor Thing/ She Sighed Tossing Her Mane Looking At Thor Comfort Her She Smiled Slightly.

Thor smiled as the filly's breathing evened out as she fell asleep. "Do you want to take care of her? As our very first foal?" he said with trust in his green eyes.

She nodded "of course"

Thor smiled and motioned her to come and join them.

She hesitated then slowly made her way to them her eyes glazing over them she neighed softly and laid down next to them, she tossed her silky mane and snorted softly her eyes darting around like If she was uncertain.

Claire's white eyes opened as the female came closer her small head rose and looked over her and then she laid her small head on the females knees and let out a small content sigh as sleep overtook her skinny body.

Thor smile at her as she laid down beside them and the filly laid her head on her knees "Finally a family of my own" he said to himself.

She smiled looking down at the small foals body a pang of pity hit her hard seeing the poor foal nalnurished and unfeed and alone she nuzzled her softly smiling her eyes flickering with contently
